Terroir
Planted on clay-limestone soil, our vines are cultivated on east-west facing hillsides at an altitude of 350 meters.
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure the best balance in our wines.

Winemaking
After harvesting at night when the grapes are at optimal ripeness, we carry out cold settling (10°C), followed by racking to ferment the juice at controlled temperatures (15°C to 18°C), which allows for better preservation of the aromas. We vinified this white wine with as few additives as possible, in stainless steel vats.
