Terroir

Planted on clay-limestone soil, our vines are cultivated on east-west facing hillsides at an altitude of 350 meters.
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure the best balance in our wines.

Winemaking

After harvesting at night when the grapes are still slightly unripe to ensure fresh fruit aromas, cold pre-fermentation (12°C) is carried out to obtain a fruity juice with very few tannins.
