Terroir
Planted on clay-limestone soil, our vines are cultivated on east-west facing hillsides at an altitude of 350 meters.
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure the best balance in our wines.

Winemaking
Our vines are cultivated without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and we only use natural products. We do not use insecticides. Nighttime harvesting.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours to extract the aromatics. Gentle, slow vinification.

Cinq Seaux is the first red in the Façon Phanette range.
Phanette has been talking about this Cinsault for a long time. This year's bountiful harvest gave her the opportunity to vinify some of it as a red wine, for the first time, and with great finesse. Light, flexible, and very fruity, this red wine will be the perfect companion to your meals or dishes to share.
